Dr. Nebor is an EXCELLENT physician. He listens and cares. He diagnosed me from the first consultation before the test results. The only problem I had was insurance/billing issues. I have dual insurance. Before my appointments, I always asked the billing department if there were any out-of-pocket costs, and his staff always told me I was covered 100 percent. With my dual insurance, I'm now getting billed $200.

If you’re looking for a practice to take your money and provide awful service, then this is the place for you! After racing from school to make my appointment since I could never get in later than 4:00, I made it to the office. I checked in and paid almost $95.00. A nurse took me back to the room that they perform tests on you. She then took me to an examination room. About 5 minutes later, a nurse practitioner came in. She proceeded to ask a couple of questions that took about 5 minutes. I was told Dr. Nebor would be in shortly. I waited for about 40-45 minutes. Finally, I stepped out into the hallway and asked the lady when would I be seen. She informed me that he had just stepped in with a patient before me. At this point it’s about 5:10. I thanked her and went back to the exam room. I sat for a few minutes and decided this was ridiculous. I walked back out into the hall and informed the lady that this is ridiculous and I’m leaving. I then asked for a refund for the appointment that never happened. She told me I would have to go through the billing department. I know for some people, $95.00 doesn’t seem like a big deal, but I’m a single teacher. It is a big deal. The following day, I sent an email to the billing department explaining that the appointment never took place and I would like a refund. They replied with basically, “We’ll look into this and decide what to do.” I let them know that if the refund did not take place within a couple of days, I’d be contacting the Better Business Bureau and look into what my options were. I’m looking for a new pulmonologist and wouldn’t go back to 5 Star if my life depended on it. I gave it a 1 star rating because it wouldn’t let me leave a 0 star review.

When I saw Dr Nabor I was extremely ill, I could barely breath when I went for my 1st and only appointment, My son sat me in a chair while he checked me in taking my debit card to put on file , they claimed I owed $500 according to my insurance companies. I disagreed and said I would owe very little if anything once it went through both my insurance plans, they agreed only to charge me $250 and bill me if anything was still owing, I told them not to use my debit card as I had bills being paid and gave them a credit card instead, they ended up charging both my debit and charge card each $250, after my visit I was hospitalized for over a month with a collapsed lung and pneumonia so was unable to deal with it until recently when I found out the charge was processed and paid in full by my insurance, when I tried to tell their office they owed me a refund they denied it and said I had a deductible. Stay away from this office they will rip you off!!!!

I felt relief after receiving an appointment with Dr. Nabor due to my illness. I haven’t been able to go outside due to breathing and inflammation. I arrived to my appointment and the front office told me to pay $445 for my new patient visit which I deal with medical claims as a Director and I had a small amount remaining for my 2024 benefits. Both the front office and another individual saw how much pain I was in and I informed her I estimated paying no more than $200.00 because that’s my normal copay with a specialist. I asked what were their financial options I could have for the balance owed because their new patient paperwork states there available and required a card on file but I was told it was for existing patients only. Wow… your new patient paperwork needs to be revised. Normally, I do not leave negative feedback but I had to because this facility seems to care more about the “Making Money” vs the healthcare of the patient. I was very disappointed because the provider was recommended to me. When I told the individual what happen, she was shock and couldn’t believe it! I even asked for the medical codes so that can confirm my benefits and no one provided me with the information either. This review isn’t against the provider but the policy and care of the facility and how some patients can be denied cares especially in an emergency situation.

Dr.Gandhiraj is professional and knowledgeable. She explained everything in way that was easy to understand and came up with a great treatment plan. Would definitely recommend her!

I had a follow up appointment scheduled today to see Deepthi Gandhiraj. When I checked in they told me I would have to pay for my appointment. I explained that they had overcharged me on the last visit according to my EOB and I had now met my deductible for the year and the receptionist said there was nothing she could do. I could pay for the visit or reschedule for another time. I asked how I could reschedule if their billing department was unwilling to confirm I met my deductible. She said I should call my insurance and get a reference number to provide their billing before they would see me. I called the billing department and they are told I had a credit on my account. I asked the billing department to issue a refund because I will probably find another Pulmonologist, and I was told they would submit a request. It should not be this difficult and the Dr office has shown a complete lack of respect for my time. Not to mention I took time off work and there was a complete unwillingness to help. I had a CT scan done last week and they had no problem confirming my deductible had been met. The fact that the office was unable to do so is concerning.

I started going to Dr. Nebor a little over a year ago and since going to him my breathing and my lung capacity has improved greatly! Dr. Nebor is very knowledgeable, he listens to your concerns, he has gotten me off my Breo inhaler and has me on a nebulizer regimen that is phenomenal. Dr. Nebor explains in a way that you can understand and follow!! Dr. Nebor is one exceptional physician. I would highly recommend Dr. Nebor for any pulmonary issues!!!

My first visit with Dr NEBOR was a very pleasant experience. He was very thorough in explaining what my problem was and proactive in prescribing a treatment.

For nearly 40 years, I have suffered a severe, deep cough, every year when the temperatures turn cool. I have seen nearly two dozen pulmonary specialists over the past, 30 years, earching for relief. All failed. This winter, I was again experiencing this horrible cough, and went to my family doctor, searching for perhaps a new medicine or treatment that would at least suppress the cough, so I could experience a somewhat normal life. My doctor suggested I see Dr Nebor, as she felt he was an extremely competent doctor. I followed through and made an appointment. After some testing, Dr. Nabor told me he know what my problem was, and we could cure it. After 30 plus years of fruitless experiences, I admit I was skeptical, but had nothing to lose. Dr Nebor started me on a long treatment of nebulized chemicals, and they kave worked. The cough was gone in a couple of weeks. Use of the nebulizer continued for months, as Dr. Nebor said a cure required long term (several months) of use of the nebulized chemicals. My cough is gone, and I have high expectations that it will not reoccur this coming winter. After 30 years of failures by prior Pulmonary Specialists, Dr Nebor has given me relief and I highly recommend him.

I am very careful about the medical practices I choose. I am a new patient to this practice. Excellent staff especially my RT Leslie who was very patient with me . Dr Najmuddin was very professional and knowledgeable and provided excellent information and rationale for his treatment plan . Recommend this practice is you are looking for some pulmonary care.
